Refund policy

All items are sold as-is and are made on-demand, so I don't accept exchanges or refunds. 

We are a small "mom and pop" shop - we begin creating (3D printing) your items shortly after you submit your order. That means we start using up material on your behalf, on your order, only once you order it.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged in shipping, please take a picture and contact me via niki@shinyupgrades.com.  We will make it right. I may need your help in providing pictures and a description of the item and the packaging so that I may file an insurance claim

Cancellations

Once we have started working on your items, we cannot accept any requests for cancellation.  If we have not yet started working on your order, we will be happy to cancel for a full refund.
