Install Ferrules on Ender 3 Pro - Replacing Tinned Wires

The tinned wires connecting your motherboard to your printer is a known issue that can overheat and cause damage, and is a potential fire hazard.

A ferrule crimping kit - with the crimping tool *and* the wire connectors - contains all you need. Purchase the kit, then watch the video on how to do it.  It is unlikely to be an issue immediately but over time it is a known issue with photos around Facebook and Reddit, as well as comments about smelling smoke and seeing flames from the motherboard.  

I personally did this upgrade and crimped all the tinned ends and placed them in. As an added bonus you get to learn about all the power being sent through your motherboard around the printer
